Meaford Curling Club is looking forward and feels privileged to be hosting this event.

Accommodations
All competitors will stay at the Best Western Inn On The Bay in Owen Sound.

A map of Owen Sound is included in this information kit and we have indicated the route between Meaford Curling Club and the hotel. Your accommodations are approximately 30 minutes from the curling club. Check-in time at the Inn is 3:00 pm. If you have any questions regarding accommodation please call the Inn.
Meals
There is a restaurant at Inn On The Bay which is open from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm daily and offers a full course menu to patrons.
Meaford Curling Club will provide a:
- Banquet Wednesday night at 7.00 pm February 18th
- OCA-sponsored Master Women luncheon on Thursday 19th at 12:00 pm
- OCA-sponsored Master Men luncheon on Friday 20th at 12:00 pm
In addition Tim Hortons will provide their delicious coffee and muffins every morning (Tim Hortons Wake Up). Our club will have lunches available for purchase daily. There are a number of restaurants in Meaford that are offering curling specials during the Master.

Schedule
A detailed schedule of events is included in this package (or click here). Please note the formal group photos for both ladies and men teams will be on the ice Wednesday at 2:00 pm.
Opening Ceremony & Banquet
The Opening Ceremony is at 3:00 pm and the Banquet is at 7:00 pm on Wednesday; both will be held at the Meaford Curling Club.
Tickets for spouses or coaches attending the banquet will be $15.00. Our space is limited and tickets must be reserved. Please call Grace Jamieson at 519.538.4889 by February 10.
Lockers
Two lockers per team will be provided. Please bring your own locks.
Transportation
The club will provide transportation for any team that would like this service on banquet night. Designated drivers will also be appreciated. Please call Dale Keaveney at 519.538.3227.
Lounge Area
The lower level will have a comfortable quiet area to relax in.
Chair Massage
In the lower level (follow the signs!), we will have therapist Linda Stephens on site from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm daily who will offer upper body (head, neck, shoulder, back, arms, and hand) massages using pressure/reflex points. The cost for this service is $15.00 for 10 minutes. Reflexology will also be available on request.

We have included a map of Meaford showing the locations of the Meaford Curling Club and local restaurants, along with a brochure informing you about our community.

For messages to and from curlers the internet will be available on site.
